ANAMORPHIC PAIR PRISM
The Anamorphic Pair Prisms are used to transform
elliptical laser beams into nearly circular beams.
These
systems are formed by a pair of prism perfectly
aligned
and
housed
inside the case.
An average transmission of 95% can be
achieved only if the prisms are oriented so that the light is
incident to Brewster’s angle and if each surface of the prisms is
coated with an AR coating specifically designed for the wavelength
input.
Anamorphic Pair Prisms can be chosen
with magnification from 2x to 6x, furnishing relationships of
enlargement from 2:1 to 6:1.
The Maximum width of the input laser
beam must be equal to 90% of the width of the prism, and the maximum
input beam height is given by the height of the entrance hole.
The prism can be purchased with a
antireflection coating for the range 350nm700nm, 650nm1050nm,
1050nm1620nm.
